Purpose:
• This appointment is used for those individuals who started by ordering tests
• The first hour we go through your Initial Patient Paperwork
• The 2nd hour we go through your results and recommendations
• PRE-appointment; my time analyzing your results
• DURING-appointment; we will go over your testing results and recommendations, vitamins that you're currently taking and suggestions will be made on what to add or change based on your test results. We will create a game plan based on your results. Take notes, it's a lot to remember!
• POST-appointment; a list of vitamins for you to review and purchase based on your results (in office or online purchase available)
Based on your test results, if a need arises that you need more information on, please schedule a follow up appointment.
